Another building soon to operate is The Flats located in Bonifacio Global City.

Develop a simple logo for Ayala Land’s The Flats co- living concept. Targeting the millenials as its market, the logo must communicate The Flats’ values and appeal to the young urban professionals. It must exude contemporary elegance in all forms of application from the facade of the building to its printed and digital assets.
